We’re a French-American couple sharing our lifestyle in the U.S. through engaging and relatable TikTok content. We focus on fitness, daily routines, and cultural differences, with a strong emphasis on staying active and hitting our nutrition goals. As a couple who works out five times a week, we naturally incorporate products we genuinely use and love into our content, especially when it comes to protein and wellness.

We also love to travel and experience new things together. I especially enjoy introducing my French girlfriend, Maelys, to new places, products, and experiences every day.
