I'm Sarah. I'm a mom of two girls, a podcast host, a speaker, a community builder, and a cancer survivor. I am passionate about helping women develop the tools they need to get through not only the good times but also the hard times. I share what I've learned during my own personal development journey and how I create sunshine moments in my life, even when they are hard to find. I believe that life is better together and that's why I am so passionate about community and bringing like minded women together.
