I worked as a yoga instructor for 20 years before completing my Club Pilates instructor certification in 2019. From there, I transitioned into studio management. Since then, we’ve successfully opened and sustained 3 studios, with our 4th grand opening in August. Over the next year, we’ll be expanding to 7 total locations by 2026. I truly love what I do-helping people move better through life every single day.
