I live at the intersection of elite performance and fitness education. As a collegiate athlete and semi-pro player, my life is in constant motion—moving from the classroom to the pitch and back to the gym floor as a certified Personal Trainer.
My mission is to bridge the gap between high-level athletic training and sustainable, real-world wellness. I advocate for products that keep up with a high-intensity lifestyle without the fluff. By sharing my journey and the tools that fuel my own performance, I help my teammates, clients, and community level up.
