Hi, my name is Sarah Navid. I am a resident physician working in the largest medical center in the world (the Texas Medical Center in Houston). I am obsessed with health and wellness and my philosophy is to practice preventative medicine while also treating those who need it with an open heart and open mind always. I was a state tennis champion in my younger years, and now I love to stay active by playing tennis, pickleball, and attending different pilates studios. I love food, vitamins, and anything that makes me feel relaxed! I am a skin care lover, and I have mastered my in-shower skin routine.
