Hi! I'm Sarah, a 28yo gal living in Charlotte North Carolina. I work as a Packaging Engineer in my day job, creating sustainable packaging structures for the brands Graco, NUK, and Baby Jogger. I also work part time as a yoga instructor -- it's my passion project! I focus on authentic moments and mindfulness to guide my students through their practice. I'm getting married in 2026 and am having a blast planning events and curating special moments.
