Hi! I’m Sarah, born and raised in Rapid City! When I’m not in the studio, you’ll almost always find me outside soaking up every moment of the day! I love to travel, hike, camp, go on long walks, play pickleball, spend a day at the lake, and hang out with my dog, Everest—anything that gets me moving and out in nature! I also love good food and will never say no to a sweet-treat outing!

Over the years, I’ve realized what a privilege it is to move our bodies and truly take care of them. That realization sparked my passion for movement and living a healthy, full life. Lawless has been a place where I’ve been able to grow, challenge both my mind and body, and celebrate wins alongside the best community.

My goal is to continue fostering a space that feels like home—welcoming, encouraging, positive, and a safe place to challenge yourself and grow stronger, inside and out. I can’t wait to see you in the studio, cheer you on every step of the way, and celebrate ALL of your wins!!
