
Saturia Daykin
My name is Saturia Daykin, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a strong background in both individual and group fitness coaching. Over the past four years, I have led a wide variety of group fitness classes, working with individuals of all fitness levels and helping create an environment that is both motivating and inclusive. My experience includes coaching styles such as strength training, endurance-based workouts, and high-intensity formats like Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, and METCON, all of which I regularly incorporate into my programming.
In addition to group fitness, I have experience working one-on-one with clients to help them build strength, improve performance, and develop sustainable routines. As a senior exercise science student at Michigan Technological University, I combine my academic knowledge with hands-on coaching experience to ensure my training is both effective and purposeful. I am also actively pursuing further certifications to continue growing as a coach and expanding my ability to impact others.
My passion for fitness goes beyond workouts—I am deeply committed to building community, encouraging confidence, and helping others discover what they are capable of, both physically and mentally.
