This is Shylee and Dylan, juniors at the University of Wisconsin studying kinesiology and working as certified personal trainers. We created this Instagram account to document college life while delivering educational, fitness-focused content rooted in proper movement and exercise science. Our platform highlights workouts, correct exercise execution, training tips, campus life, and nutrition as students.
