Hi My name is Sarah Frederique, As a Haitian founder and social entrepreneur, I've dedicated my life to empowering individuals and communities through self-care, mental health awareness, and community development.
My passion for self-care and mental health education led me to establish Self-ish Care Enterprise, a business that promotes holistic well-being and community connection. Our mental health brunches and Socials have created safe spaces for individuals to share their stories, access resources, and build meaningful relationships.
Today, I'm proud to be leading the "I WON" project, a powerful initiative that amplifies the stories of individuals who have overcome mental health challenges. Through this project, I aim to inspire hope, foster community, and remind everyone that every step forward is a victory.
