Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching private sculpt classes across the U.S. I’m ecstatic to share my practice with you! I began taking yoga sculpt classes when I was a wee lassie, and it has profoundly shaped who I am today. Through this practice, I’ve cultivated a deep appreciation for my body, developed tools to navigate mental challenges, and discovered a form of movement that consistently fills me with joy and gratitude. I’m passionate about helping others experience the same revelations through their own practice.
