Sarah is the founder of Set by Sarah, a curated experience series redefining how people gather through intentional movement, shared pairings, and real connection. She completed her 200-hour Yoga & Sculpt teacher training in 2020 and blends that foundation with a corporate background in sales, product management, and marketing. After spending the last 10 years in Chicago, she now lives in Rochester, NY with her husband and doodle. A graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, her work is rooted in intuition, presence, and designing spaces where people feel deeply connected.
