The Say Yes Scholars Program delivers targeted, high-impact wraparound support to students who graduated from Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) high schools and qualify for the Say Yes Cleveland scholarship. Our approach combines intrusive case management, proactive success coaching, and skill-based group coaching to foster persistence, retention, and degree completion.

• Skill-Based Group Coaching
Structured sessions delivered through group coaching, workshops, and events focus on developing executive functioning skills such as time management, goal setting, self-advocacy, organization, and stress resilience—critical competencies for college success and workforce readiness.
