My name is Kryshel Charles. I am a certified mat pilates + sculpt instructor, located in the South Florida area. I teach mat pilates at Sacred Form Yoga, Mission Yoga and Intention Pilates + Hot Houz and additionally, teach reformer classes at TREMBLE. I am currently in the planning stages of an outdoor pilates class for the gals (potentially on Feb 16th, for a galentine’s day celebration). I will lead a 45 minute mat pilates flow, a 15 minute meditation/cool-down and then we will fellowship and mingle over sips and light bites. The event will be held in an outdoor garden space/ wine garden in Fort Lauderdale. My goal with these events is to create a safe, accessible and inviting space for new clients and foster a community for pilates regulars and newer folks to hang! I will cap each event at about 20 people.
