I’m Shay, founder of Pilates Queen in Tallahassee. I create free Pilates experiences that remove the cost barrier and help people feel comfortable trying Pilates for the first time. Through movement, studio discovery, food, beverages, wellness, recovery and local businesses, we create the full circle of a Pilates lifestyle in our city. My community includes college audiences, young professionals and active consumers, with more than 80% of surveyed members ages 18–34 and 62.5% of income respondents earning $50,000 or more. A recent partnership introduced 74% of attendees to the studio for the first time and generated 56 tracked trial redemptions.
