Hi! I’m Sheri, a certified Pilates instructor and owner of Elevate Pilates. I’m passionate about bringing wellness to my community, not just through Pilates classes but also by hosting events that support women’s mental and physical health. I believe Pilates is just as much about the mind as it is the body, which is why I love incorporating different styles into my workouts.
