Hi! My name is Ellie I am the founder of Shore Form, and a long-term local of Florida’s Emerald Coast. I began my Pilates journey years ago with mat work and also teach Reformer Pilates full-time, blending that experience with my passion for holistic health. For me, Pilates is the ultimate form of movement — intentional, slow + controlled, and especially supportive for women’s bodies, helping to build strength without strain and create balance from the inside out. As a certified health coach with a background working in wellness clinics, I’ve seen the power of daily lifestyle choices in supporting energy, vitality, and long-term health—especially in preventing and managing illness. Therefore, Shore Form was created as a space to unite like-minded women, reconnect with our natural cycles, and build strength in both body and mind while embracing a vibrant, coastal way of life.
