Sigma Kappa at the University of Tampa is a values-based sisterhood centered on friendship, personal growth, service, and loyalty. As part of a national organization founded in 1874, the Lambda Theta Chapter at UTampa brings together women who are committed to making an impact both on campus and in the wider Tampa community.

Members are involved in a variety of campus activities, leadership roles, and philanthropic efforts, especially supporting Alzheimer’s awareness and research, which is Sigma Kappa’s national philanthropy. The chapter emphasizes building genuine sisterhood, encouraging academic success, and creating lifelong connections through shared experiences, events, and service opportunities.
