My name is Colleen or Co. I host free women's wellness immersions locally as well as fully curated retreats! Our first one is this September in the magical forest that is Hocking Hills. I love bringing women together to simply be. No doing, no serving, no performing or fixing. We move our bodies, explore trails, share stories, snack on healthy treats and remember who we are outside of the roles we play.
