Hello!

My name is Ethan Vistro and I am a BJJ black belt formerly under Professor Lucas Leite from Checkmat, but since last January I have moved to Austin to train at the Roka Center at New Wave under John Danaher and Gordon Ryan.

I moved to Austin to pursue my competitive dreams but I also bring a storied career of competing in both professional jiu jitsu events as well as a scholarship collegiate wrestling athlete for Vanguard University. I just recently won the Advanced division at -76kg ADCC Open in San Diego, won the Odyssey $10,000 Grand Prix Quintet with Team New Wave, and secured a top 13 submission of the black belt division at this year’s no-gi worlds in the quarterfinals as highlighted by Flograppling.

The type of content I create ranges from jiu-jitsu technique/match break downs, to lifestyle content which would feature your products as they help fuel my every day life. I aim to create organic content that will help elevate your following, as well as highlight all of the unique aspects of your supplements as they help me become the best version of myself on and off the mats.
