Solana Tadeo is a Native-Mexican-American certified Pilates instructor and lululemon ambassador, originally from Arizona and now based in Southern California. She believes Pilates is for every body—across all genders, ages, and backgrounds—and creates spaces where people feel seen, supported, and strong. Through intentional movement and breath, she guides others to deepen their connection to their bodies and leave each session feeling more powerful than before.
