Hi! I’m Jocelyn, founder of Sole Purpose by JAR, a faith-centered wellness and lifestyle brand rooted in intentional living, movement, and community. I’m a certified Mat Pilates instructor who creates content centered around wellness, Pilates, faith, self-care, and meaningful experiences that bring women together.
