My name is Sophie Namdev, and I’m a student at Tulane University studying to pursue a path in nutrition and exercise science. I’m also a content creator on TikTok, where I share glimpses of college life.

I’m a huge fan of Bloom’s Energy drinks, they’ve become a staple in my daily routine and my audience loves seeing how I use them to stay focused during classes, workouts, and everything in between.
