We are the duo that created Soul Communities -
also known as Julie and Tess! We took our passion
for a holistic approach to physical and mental
wellness and began creating Soul Communities
events that are built to pair the two.



Our flagship events, Soul Sundays, are set on the
first Sunday of each month. They provide attendees
space to move their bodies, reset intentions for
their month ahead, and connect with their
community.
