This summer, I have been working non-stop on a feature length horror film about cherries and zombies. In short, the cherry crop in Northern Michigan becomes contaminated with a fungus that turns anyone who eats them into flesh-eating zombies. The film follows two cherry picker buddies who must escape an outbreak at their orchard and travel across Traverse City, during the National Cherry Festival, in order to save their sister & girlfriend.

At the end of this month, I am traveling to Suttons Bay to film a short, based on the feature, called Just a Taste. The short covers the intense moment that the two friends discover the zombies and must escape the orchard. It's going to be a ton of fun to film. Our hope is that the short film gains enough traction that we can take it to a larger production studio and film the feature next summer on a much larger budget.

I have assembled an amazing cast/crew and we plan to film for three days. This is where I am calling on Liquid Death's help... Our budget is entirely crowd-sourced and we just launched a fundraiser on our website. Expenses include paying the team a living wage, transportation, and location costs. We want your brand to be a sponsor because of the gnarly imagery we associate with the different flavors - we see Scary Cherry as a perfect fit! I would love to discuss an option for the brand to be featured on our marketing materials, website, and have a big, shining feature at the end of our short film.
