Spirits Run is a statewide non profit 5K adventure series that was founded to bring energy, storytelling, and community pride back to local running events. I host races that mix fitness with folklore — historic cemeteries, iconic Route 66 stops, small‑town bars, and local legends. My mission is simple: create unforgettable experiences in 102 counties in Illinois that uplift communities and inspire people to move.
