Stacey and I are passionate fitness trainers based in Vail, CO & Pennsylvania, specializing in a unique 35-minute workout designed for the busy individual looking to reintegrate fitness into their life. At our in-person studio and through our virtual platform, we emphasize a personalized approach to fitness that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. Our programs are tailored to encourage people, particularly those over 40, to regain their mojo and embrace long-term health and functional movement.
