All Things STEM With Ashley is a STEM community and professional-development platform founded by engineer and community builder Ashley J. The platform was created to help underrepresented students and professionals, particularly women and minorities, gain greater exposure to STEM careers, develop professionally, build meaningful connections, and confidently navigate the journey from college to career.

Through digital content, professional-development resources, mentorship, networking experiences, panels, workshops, and community initiatives, All Things STEM With Ashley creates spaces where people can learn, connect, and feel empowered to pursue their goals.

Our philosophy is that success in STEM is about more than technical skills, it also requires confidence, community, wellness, balance, and the ability to thrive as a whole person.

PILATES IN PINK

A Women's Wellness Experience by All Things STEM With Ashley

On October 18, 2026, All Things STEM With Ashley will host Pilates in Pink, an elevated women's wellness experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The event will bring together women from diverse backgrounds for an afternoon centered around movement, wellness, connection, and empowerment.

Guests will experience:

* A curated Pilates workout
* Women's wellness and self-care conversations
* A breast cancer awareness component and featured speaker
* Opportunities to connect and build community
* Wellness-focused education
* Thoughtfully curated attendee gift bags
* Brand experiences and product discovery
* Photography and social-media content designed to extend the experience beyond the event

Pilates in Pink is designed to create an environment where women can move their bodies, prioritize their wellbeing, learn, connect, and leave feeling empowered.

Women in STEM are often encouraged to focus on performance, productivity, and professional achievement while conversations surrounding physical and mental wellbeing can become secondary.

All Things STEM With Ashley believes that wellness is part of professional success.

Pilates in Pink expands the traditional STEM conversation by recognizing the woman behind the engineer, scientist, technologist, entrepreneur, leader, student, and professional.

The experience creates an opportunity to connect career empowerment with personal wellbeing encouraging women to take care of themselves while continuing to pursue ambitious goals.
