I’m Stephi Ochs, a San Diego based fitness & wellness entrepreneur, trainer, content creator, & community builder. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, healthy, & genuinely excited about taking care of themselves.

I love bringing people together IRL, discovering beautiful brands, supporting small businesses, & creating experiences that make wellness feel fun rather than intimidating. My community naturally overlaps fitness, beauty, fashion, food, travel, & lifestyle, which makes brand partnerships feel authentic when they fit into the way we actually live.

This year, I’m celebrating my 33rd birthday by bringing that community together for Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice: Stephi’s 33rd Birthday Wellness Farmers Market at OPTML Health. The event will bring together movement, wellness, shopping, local makers, beauty, food, music, & plenty of fun in a sophisticated LoveShackFancy meets Nantucket inspired setting. I’m excited to partner with brands that want to create a memorable experience, introduce their products to an engaged wellness minded audience, & be part of something that feels personal, beautiful, & community driven.
