I’m Stephanie Rodriguez, the founder of Amara Colectiva, a grassroots nonprofit based in Los Angeles focused on community care, youth empowerment, mental health, and neurodivergence inclusion.

My work is shaped by a lifelong commitment to service, nonprofit leadership experience, and my lived experience as a neurodivergent woman. I lead with empathy and intention, building programs that prioritize dignity, access, and belonging.

Amara Colectiva was born from my belief that compassion, when paired with community, creates lasting change.
