I started Get Steph’isticated because I know firsthand the importance of investing in yourself—mind, body, and spirit. Growing up, I watched a loved one, a hardworking single parent, dedicate so much time to caring for others and maintaining their appearance, yet rarely invest in their own mental health. I wanted to create a space where women could prioritize their personal growth and embrace the journey of self-development without guilt or hesitation.

Another reason I created this workshop is rooted in my own personal experience. There was a time in my life when I felt at my lowest point, unsure of where to turn. Through looking inward and connecting with a higher source, I realized that pouring into myself—nurturing my mind, body, and spirit—was the key to attracting and creating a better version of life. Get Steph’isticated is my way of sharing that insight with other women, empowering them to invest in themselves, embrace their journey, and step into the life they deserve.
