We’re Alexa & Carly, a sister fitness instructor duo based in New Jersey. We teach boutique style group fitness classes and create fitness and lifestyle content for a highly engaged community both in studio and on social media.
Outside of the studio setting, Alexa is a public school physical education teacher and youth sports coach. Carly is competitive in collegiate lacrosse, as well as a coach and student pursuing a degree in education.
