Our classes use Rowformers and Bikeformers - equipment that is exclusive to STRONG - to blend controlled resistance work with rowing or cycling intervals that elevate your heart rate while keeping the intensity high. The result is a dynamic training experience that builds core strength, improves endurance and sculpts lean powerful muscles.
