I am a girl who has struggled with lots of insecurities from body dysmorphia to acne, and I wanna help young girls going through the same thing starting with mental and physical health! Everyone is beautiful in every way and I want to make sure they know that. No one is perfect and looks can be deceiving.

I have been weight training and playing sports all my life and have just now realized how important it is to stay physically healthy but it is so hard to stay consistent with lots of mental obstacles in the way. I want to help people change that!
