I'm Susana Silva. Pilates instructor, community builder, and founder of MÓVIL: THE METHOD.
One of the first Latina Pilates instructors in Northwest Arkansas, I host monthly Pilates events that bring people together who never imagined the mat was for them. That moment of belonging is everything to me.

MÓVIL lives at the intersection of classical Pilates, nervous system regulation, and consciousness work because healing should be accessible to everyone, not just a select few.

I'm also a natural connector. When a brand's story stops me in my tracks, I become their most loyal advocate. I don't promote. I introduce.
