I’m the Group Fitness Coordinator at T3 Fitness, where I get to create and bring to life all things group fitness and in-studio events.
I love building wellness experiences that feel intentional, elevated, and actually enjoyable—think movement, community, and a little moment to slow down in the middle of busy life.
