Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is a historic Latino fraternity founded in 1931, dedicated to developing leaders, celebrating cultural heritage, and building lifelong bonds of brotherhood. Since establishing the Beta Epsilon Chapter at Texas A&M University in 2007, we have proudly carried forward a legacy rooted in Strength, Integrity, and Friendship!

Our brotherhood brings together young men from diverse backgrounds who share a commitment to leadership, academic excellence, community service, and cultural unity. Inspired by the rich traditions of Pan-America, we strive to bridge cultures, empower future generations, and make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

More than a fraternity, we are a brotherhood united by purpose, strengthened by diversity, and committed to creating a legacy of positive change.
