I'm Tara, Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Excellence in Learning at Hilbert College (a nonprofit school), and I'm on a mission to make faculty PD actually fun. A first-generation college student turned first-gen advocate, I get it from both sides. I host can't-miss events all year long: Back to School kickoffs, Mid-Semester Reset gatherings, and Winding Down the Semester celebrations, plus I work one-on-one with students as an advisor. Over a decade at Hilbert, one goal: make sure everyone on campus feels like they belong!
