Hi, I’m Taryn — a real woman sharing real life, shaped by movement, creativity, love, and adventure.

I grew up in Wisconsin and later moved to Philadelphia, bringing my Midwest roots with me wherever I go. Before content creation, I spent 21 years as a gymnast, which taught me discipline, resilience, and my love for staying active. Movement has always been part of who I am, whether it’s fitness, travel, or simply exploring new places.

After graduating from college, I made a big choice: I began working alongside my significant other. Together, we’ve built a wonderful business that has given me the incredible opportunity to travel the world and experience life from so many different angles. Those travels now inspire so much of what I share: beaches, vineyards, cities, snowy winters back home, and everything in between.

I’m also an abstract artist, creating meaningful, custom pieces for clients. Art allows me to express the parts of life that can’t always be put into words, and it’s one of my favorite ways to connect with people.

Recently engaged and beginning the wedding-planning journey, I love sharing honest, real-woman lifestyle content. My goal is to make other women — especially brides-to-be — feel understood, inspired, and supported through such an exciting (and often overwhelming) season.

At my core, I believe in authenticity: real bodies, real emotions, real routines, and real moments. I’m here to simplify the noise and celebrate the beauty of being exactly who you are.
