Hey!! I'm Taylor 🥳 I design experiences that help founders raise the bar for what’s possible, collide with the right people, and unlock real momentum. I believe who you surround yourself with expands what you believe is possible. I've spent years building and leading founder communities...always with a bit of sparkle and magic.

🎤 I’ve hosted 500+ events, spoken on 50+ stages (virtual and IRL), been featured on 45+ podcasts, and have hosted three.

✨ These days, I'm hosting 8+ events a year in New York City, specifically for 100+ badass female founders. And, I host my friends (mostly women, ages 25-30) in groups of 5-25 in my apartment or on my outdoor terrace, typically every month for different themed events (candle swaps, flower bouquet making parties, dinner parties, shrinky dink parties, etc).

⭐️ I started my career working alongside best-selling author and marketing leader, Seth Godin. I designed and facilitated magical online workshops/digital conferences and built powerful community-based marketing initiatives for Seth's brand and altMBA/Akimbo (a network of 25k+ entrepreneurs and leaders at Fortune 500 companies).

🪩 Then, I joined Groove, a venture-backed digital coworking app, as the first full-time hire, building community from the beta pre-seed stage, to seed stage, to launching into a paid membership community with a mission to help entrepreneurs and creatives thrive together.

🦄 Today, I'm the Head of Community @ Dreamers & Doers, a highly curated network that amplifies extraordinary women entrepreneurs and leaders. Think of it as a digital VIP lounge for heart-centered women building businesses they care deeply about…with glitter walls and confetti raining down.

🎤 I also run my own business, facilitating workshops and curated gatherings for founders, creatives, and emerging leaders—always infused with my signature magnetic energy.

👥 "Sonder" has been my favorite word since 2014—it’s the realization that every random passerby has a life as vivid and complex as your own. My love for this concept is woven into how I show up in the world.

🌈 "Surprise-and-delight" might as well be my middle name (long, I know 😜). I adore adding extra magic to everything I do. And, I love the power of ripple effects.
