With roots in on-site event planning and a front-row seat to high-impact performances, I now lead behind the scenes as a project and operations manager — blending logistics, communication, and creative strategy to bring large-scale events and sponsorships to life.
I specialize in streamlining operations, managing partnerships, and coordinating the moving parts that make complex projects look effortless. My background spans roster operations, HR, marketing, and client relations — all centered around building experiences that connect people and purpose.
Grounded by my Finnish heritage and a love for nature, I bring that same spirit of sisu — quiet strength and resilience — into my work. Outside of events, you’ll find me hiking (three Colorado 14ers down, Mount Washington next), practicing yoga (certification in progress), or in the kitchen crafting elevated comfort food (signature dish: bison and lamb bolognese).
Whether managing rosters, brands, or ridgelines, I bring structure to chaos, a calm presence under pressure, and a deep appreciation for meaningful connection.
