A community I designed to give support and encouragement to women and women of color on their journey to becoming their happiest healthiest selves through movement, meditation, journaling, self care. I host monthly wellness popups that invite these women to come out in community and pour into themselves with Yoga, Pilates, wellness activities, healthy foods and drinks and more..
