Hi! I’m Temple Anderson, the Leasing & Marketing Manager at Gateway 737. We're a luxury student housing community serving over 900 residents who attend the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Through my role, I oversee our community marketing, social media presence, and resident engagement events. I regularly partner with brands to introduce products to our residents through curated activations such as move-in welcome bags, giveaways, sampling events, and lifestyle-focused social media content.

Our community consists primarily of 18–24-year-old college students, including many student-athletes and highly active students involved in sororities, fraternities, and campus organizations. This allows us to connect brands directly with a highly engaged Gen Z audience in authentic, real-life moments throughout the academic year.

I’m passionate about creating fun, memorable experiences for our residents while helping brands meaningfully connect with the student community.
