I am a fourth grade teacher in Charlotte, NC just starting out on a journey to create a community for local teachers. Teaching is a very taxing job and at the heart of this first event is a passion for bringing teachers together and creating the community that educators so deeply deserve. The long days, constant responsibilities, and emotional investment can sometimes make educators feel like they’re carrying it all on their own, and my goal is to make sure they don't have to.
