The Bloom Africa is a Diaspora-driven, Africa-focused, and girl-centered nonprofit dedicated to nurturing the leadership journey of African girls and women; from girlhood to global leadership. Through our pipeline programs — Girl in Bloom, Scholar in Bloom, and Leader in Bloom — we provide education, mentorship, and opportunities that help girls thrive academically, socially, and professionally. Through our signature campaign, Bloom. Period., we address period poverty, one of the most critical barriers to girls' education across Africa. To date, The Bloom Africa has impacted 30,000+ women and girls and distributed over $1M in essential resources across Africa.
