I’m April, the proud owner and founder of this studio. With over ten years of personal Pilates experience and eight years as a certified instructor, my passion for movement has been a lifelong journey. Growing up as a dancer, Pilates instantly clicked with my body, allowing me to connect deeply with the flow and precision of the practice.

Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with adding contemporary elements to my workouts, taking my practice to the next level for a full-body workout. The best shape I’ve ever been in, physically and mentally, was when I committed to Pilates five times a week, and I’m excited to help others find that same strength, balance, and confidence! As a wife and a boy mom of two, I understand the importance of balance in life and fitness. Connecting with my clients and guiding you to achieve their personal goals is my true passion, and I can’t wait to work with you on your own wellness journey!
