The Collective Identity Mentoring (TCI) is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit creating safe, affirming spaces for young Black women, girls, and gender-expansive youth through mentorship, community, and curated experiences. Our programming brings together college students, mentors, professionals, and community leaders for Confabs(our version of a workshop), wellness experiences, cultural excursions, career development, and special events designed to help our young people thrive personally and professionally. We love partnering with brands that believe in showing up authentically for the next generation and creating memorable experiences our community will genuinely use, enjoy, and remember.
