Doreen Caven is a writer, creative director, and co-founder of TGLM Media, a women’s wellness and lifestyle platform dedicated to curating joy-filled, easeful, and intentional experiences.

As a Nigerian-American entrepreneur and storyteller, Doreen has built TGLM into a community of 100K+ engaged women, blending digital media, brand storytelling, and experiential design to create spaces where women can prioritize themselves—fully and unapologetically.

Under her leadership, TGLM has expanded into IRL experiences, including The Nectar Series, a multi-sensory event series designed to help women reconnect with themselves and each other. Its debut event, ỤLỌ, reimagines self-care as a communal, immersive experience.

Through TGLM, Doreen continues to shape modern wellness culture, working with brands to craft authentic, high-impact collaborations that resonate deeply with women who invest in themselves.
