About
The Platform, a multimodality studio located in Long Beach, CA. Our studio is all inclusive e.g., health-conscious women and men, beginners to advanced Pilates clients, and high intensity enthusiasts. We teach reformer Pilates, TreadLift and DUO (half Pilates/Tread). We currently have our heated room under construction but will soon have heated mat Pilates, Sculpt and much, much, more.
