Uplift Festival and Retreat is wellness and movement event taking place July 24–26, 2026 at Menla Retreat Center & Dewa Spa in the Catskill Mountains of New York. UPLIFT is a joyful and deeply embodied festival, mindfully curated to inspire connection with community and inner self through dance, sound, and play!

Here we remember the wisdom of our bodies, childlike wonder, the power of laughter, and the beauty of real, meaningful connection. Our vibe is a profound sense of homecoming — to yourself, to each other, and to the sacredness of shared experiences.

Set on 330 acres of pristine forest (and a meteor impact site!) Uplift brings together an intentionally curated community for yoga, movement, ecstatic dance, sound baths, creativity, mindfulness, nature immersion, and meaningful connection.

We are expecting approximately 100–150 attendees from throughout the Hudson Valley, New York City, and the Northeast. Our audience consists primarily of wellness-minded individuals who value health, self-care, conscious living, personal growth, sustainability, and community.
